4) Shipping & Delivery
•⁠ ⁠Orders are processed and shipped within the timelines mentioned on the product page. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, natural events, festivals, etc.).
•⁠ ⁠Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
•⁠ ⁠Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier partner.


5) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
•⁠ ⁠No returns, no exchanges, no cancellations once an order is placed, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
•⁠ ⁠Refunds or replacements are only processed in cases of manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or missing items, and only if reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
•⁠ ⁠Custom/personalized products are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
