At The Elara Co, every order is packed with care and shipped safely to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.


1) Order Processing
•⁠ ⁠All products are handmade to order or prepared in small batches.
•⁠ ⁠Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
•⁠ ⁠Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


2) Shipping Methods & Timelines
•⁠ ⁠We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
•⁠ ⁠Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
o Metro cities: 3–6 business days
o Other locations: 5–10 business days
•⁠ ⁠Delivery times are estimates only. Unforeseen delays (courier delays, strikes, weather, natural events, etc.) are beyond our control.


3) Shipping Charges
•⁠ ⁠Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
•⁠ ⁠Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be mentioned on the website or product page.
•⁠ ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.


4) Tracking Your Order
•⁠ ⁠Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
•⁠ ⁠You can track your order on the courier’s website or app.


5) Delivery
•⁠ ⁠Please ensure the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed deliveries.
•⁠ ⁠Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases:
o Reshipment charges will apply.
o Order cancellation will not be entertained.


6) International Shipping
•⁠ ⁠Currently, we ship only within India. For international shipping requests, please contact us at care.elaraco@gmail.com.


7) Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
•⁠ ⁠If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.
•⁠ ⁠Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.


8) Custom Orders
•⁠ ⁠Custom and bulk orders may take longer to process and ship. Timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
